Step 1: Request a return label by emailing your name, order number and reason for return to info@ruggedroadoutdoors.com.

Step 2: Ship your order back to our warehouse.

Step 3: Sit back while we process the return and issue a full refund or ship you your exchange free of charge. 

All items purchased through Rugged Road directly or authorized Rugged Road dealers are covered under Rugged Road's warranty. Please allow up to 7 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your return or exchange after you send it back. Full refunds are issued for all returned merchandise. Refunds usually take less than 48 hours to process and to be returned to your account. However, this time period relies on your financial institution, so we can not make any guarantees. 

You can check the status of your return and track its progress anytime by entering the tracking number from your return label on the appropriate carriers' website.
